Art. 4 GDPR definitions
Personal data
According to Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation), personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing
Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, filing, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Collection and storage of personal data
Access data, server log files
When you access our website, data is collected by the internet provider. Your browser transmits these automatically; they are temporarily stored in the server log files.
The following information is recorded without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted:
Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, type and version of the browser, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address (Strato: for data protection reasons, the host name or IP address of the client accessing this website is anonymized in the log files) and the domain name of your internet service provider.

If the purpose of the storage no longer applies or if a legally prescribed storage period expires, the data is deleted.
